POSITION SUMMARY
Classification: Maintenance Technician, Non-Exempt
Experience Required: One (1) year of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience preferred. Forklift operation, welding, and basic troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Hours: Schedule to be determined | Will require flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed
Location: Midway, Tennessee
POSITION DETAILS
• Perform routine equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal plant operations
• Conduct daily inspections and operation of forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
• Keep maintenance and production areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
• Assist with facility repairs, minor construction, and welding as needed
• Support production staff and work collaboratively to minimize downtime
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to short-notice shift coverage
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Comfortable operating forklifts (or willingness to train)
• Welding skills and experience a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• On-the-job training provided
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and safety programs
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (minimum 55 lbs), climb ladders and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments typical of an industrial setting.

Pay Transparency:
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. A targeted range will be discussed during the interview process.
