Rebecca Parisi is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in human resources, marketing, and communications. Based in St. Louis, she serves as Vice President of Human Resources for MX Holdings LLC (MXH), where she leads people strategy and internal communications for a family of companies, including Metal Exchange, a global leader in aluminum trading and supply chain management, and Pennex Aluminum, a premier provider of custom aluminum extrusions and fabrication. MXH operates nine locations across North America and Europe, serving more than 30 global markets.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has guided organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural evolution. Her early work at Circulation Development Inc. shaped her focus on company culture and communication. Since joining MXH in 2015, she has led initiatives that strengthened talent acquisition and retention, improved employee engagement, and supported cultural transformation during periods of organizational growth and change.

Rebecca is recognized for combining operational excellence with innovative approaches to the employee experience. She is known for building high-performing teams and aligning people strategy with business objectives, delivering measurable improvements across the organizations she supports. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and empowering employees to achieve their full potential.

In 2022, Rebecca was selected as the inaugural Chair of the Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC) HR and Talent Committee, where she continues to shape workforce development and best-practice collaboration across the industry. She also serves on the AEC Workforce Development Steering Committee and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lindenwood University and completed advanced executive education in Human Resources at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping others and giving back to her community.
